The owners of this duplex wanted two patios for their yard. We developed three schematic plans illustrating interchangeable options for the location and configuration of the patios and fencing. We also included suggestions for the selection of materials, modifications to the existing driveway, planting strategies, and treatment of the underside of the existing decks.
