This property was divided into generous lots with protected buffers between the house sites. In order to maintain the natural character of the site we included native plantings and split rail fencing. The gravel roadway was engineered incorporating principles of parkway design to create a flowing ribbon through the landscape, preserving and highlighting the magnificent oaks.
