This 44-unit 40B affordable housing development in Nantucket met with heavy opposition at the time but is now referred to in the island planning community as one of the most successful developments on the island. It has received both a Prism Award for Best Affordable Community and the Urban Land Institute 2020 Award for Affordable and Workforce Housing.
